Ordering & Payments
Q: How can I use a discount code?
You can enter a discount code during the checkout process when paying by PayPal, credit card, or debit card. Please follow the steps below:
- Choose the item you would like to buy and click “Add to Cart.”
- Go to your cart and select “PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD” to continue to checkout. This option can be used for both PayPal and card payments.
- If you are shopping on a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to open the discount code field.
- If you are using a desktop computer, the discount code box will usually appear on the right side of the checkout page.
- Enter your code, apply it, and then complete your payment using your preferred payment method.
Please make sure the discount has been successfully applied before submitting your order.

Q: What is the shipping cost?

Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Souneivmsdly provides worldwide shipping.
We cooperate with fulfillment partners and warehouses in different regions. When possible, your order will be shipped from the warehouse that can process and deliver it most efficiently.
Q: How long will delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country or region, customs clearance, logistics delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Q: How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check your shipment status through tracking platforms such as 17track.net, or through the carrier’s official tracking page when available.
Q: Why is my tracking information not updating?
Tracking details may not appear immediately after a shipping confirmation is sent. In many cases, it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update.
It is also common for tracking information to pause temporarily while a parcel is moving between logistics centers, customs, or carrier facilities. Please allow some time for the tracking record to refresh.
Q: Why did only part of my order arrive?
If your order includes multiple products, the items may be shipped in separate packages. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or when separate shipments help reduce delivery time.
Each parcel will usually have its own tracking number once shipped. If you need help confirming the remaining items, please contact us with your order information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Q: Can I change my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@souneivmsdly.com with the subject line:
“Urgent: Address Change”
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Order Email
- The complete and correct shipping address
- Recipient name
- Phone number
- Any other updated delivery details
We will make every effort to update your order before it is sent to fulfillment. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can still be changed.
Q: Can I change the items in my order?
Order item changes, such as size, color, quantity, or product selection, must be requested quickly.

“Urgent: Order Change”
Your email should include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Order Email
- A clear description of the changes you would like to make
We can only review and process change requests before the order enters fulfillment. Once processing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team.
Please note that a small processing fee may apply to certain cancellation requests. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Q: I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as order emails may sometimes be filtered there.

Q: I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are usually sent by email within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.
If you have not received a tracking email after this period, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, you may contact our support team for assistance.
